Olga Kokoz, attorney at law, founder of Olga Kokoz Legal. Olga specializes in international commercial arbitration and complex cross-border disputes in state courts.

Olga has appeared as counsel in arbitrations under the ICAC, RAC, SIAC, SCC Rules. She represented clients in Russian and foreign state courts on issues related to bankruptcy, corporate disputes, enforcement of arbitration awards and foreign court judgements. Olga has wide experience in preparation of Russian law expert reports for foreign arbitration and state court proceedings. Olga has acted
as arbitrator in disputes under RAC Rules and
is included in the List of associated
arbitrators at RSPP.

Prior to establishing her own law practice Olga practiced at Kulkov, Kolotilov and Partners as a senior associate.

Anastasia specialises in bankruptcy, corporate, contract and labour disputes. Anastasia has successfully represented clients in both commercial (arbitrazh) courts and courts of general jurisdiction, and also has experience advising clients in issues related to the disposal of the share capital in Russian companies.

Her professional experience includes more than 5 years in Russian law firms.

Anastasia graduated from Moscow State Law Academy (Bachelor’s degree, with honours) and Higher School of Economics (Master’s degree, with honours). Anastasia is fluent in English.
